RealRPGは、人生や仕事を「評価」や「管理」で動かすのではなく、
行動と選択が自然に積み上がっていく世界をつくれないか、
という問いから始まった思想プロジェクトです。

このプロジェクトでは、
KPIやスコア、ランキングによる競争ではなく、
役割と協力によって前に進む「リアルRPG」という考え方を探っています。

参考にしているのは、
初期のMMORPGのような、一人では何もできず、
仲間がいなければ困難に挑めない、古いRPGの感覚です。

これは完成したアプリやサービスの紹介ではありません。
機能や価格、ロードマップもまだありません。

いまあるのは、
問題意識と世界観、
そして一人ではつくれないという確信だけです。

RealPGは現在、
この思想と構造を一緒に考え、形にしていく仲間を探しています。
